Janet Lauder is the Group Change Manager at Schroders based in London, she joined Schroders in 2007 into Global Technology, Investment Operations and later moving into the Fixed Income Delivery Manager role. Janet currently has responsibility for large scale change across business and technology with an Investment focus, this includes Regulatory and Mergers & Acquisition integration on a global scale.

Janet has  a broad experience across all the Investment and Trading desks and their products. Janet has worked in the Investment Management & Consultancy Industry for 25 years and gained broad experience of asset management. Janet has two daughters aged 22 & 25.
